We work exclusively with 4- and 5-star properties to craft custom, full-service itineraries that take care of everything — hotels, transportation, daily activities and tours, and on-the-ground support. International airfare is not included.
For example, our starting investment for a European itinerary is $12,000/week for two travelers. If you're working with a different budget, planning a shorter trip, or need hotel-only assistance, we're happy to talk through what works best on your consultation call.

The Value Behind Our Fees
Custom travel planning takes time, expertise, and the kind of access that comes from years of trusted partnerships. Our fees cover the hours spent tailoring your itinerary, managing every logistic, and being available to you before and during your trip — along with the Virtuoso and preferred-partner connections that come with working with us.
All services require full payment of the invoiced fee at the start of the planning process. Fees are based on 2 travelers for 7 days and are scaled according to your specific inquiry. Fees are non-refundable and non-negotiable. Additional fees may apply for rush bookings (travel booked within 60 days of departure).

For trips involving a second or subsequent household, an additional fee applies, disclosed in writing before it's charged.
Premium/Business Class Airfare Booking
$100 ticketing fee. We do not book domestic flights or economy-class airfare.
