After our inquiry call, you'll receive a custom planning quote based on the length of your trip and the scope of the itinerary. Pricing starts at $200 for single-destination trips and scales up for more complex, multi-leg journeys.

We book premium and business class international airfare for an additional ticketing fee. You have the full support of our SmartFlyer air team and after-hours support. We do not book domestic flights or economy-class airfare.

If you've already chosen your destination and hotel, we offer two ways to move forward. For a single hotel stay, we're happy to book it on your behalf, complimentary — we'll waive our planning fee, manage the arrangements, and introduce you to the on-site concierge team. Prefer to book it yourself? You can browse my preferred hotel collection and reserve select properties on your own, with the same Virtuoso and preferred-partner perks my full-service clients enjoy. The collection is password-protected; you'll find the password on the Services page. Self booking works best for a single hotel stay — for multiple rooms, special requests, or more complex trips, reach out and we’ll assist.

We're happy to coordinate a trip for multiple households traveling together. An additional planning fee applies, which we'll always disclose to you in writing before it's charged.
